UIGridLayout not working on tablet?

How can I fix this? I've got reports that my menu buttons don't show up on tablets, how can I fix this from happening?

When I got into edit on my laptop it does not show them unless i full screen the window, but on my desktop it shows. I'm assuming it's because my desktop monitor is ###### ### I've also seen images they've sent to me from iPad's.
