cant install roblox

I downloaded the robloxplayerlauncher.exe and tried to run it, but when it ran, it says error, and when i click ok, it goes to the https://www.roblox.com/games instantly.. i dont know how can i install it properly.. im using windows 8.1

I still cant.. It says like this "Cannot connect to the roblox website. Is antivirus software preventing roblox from accessing the internet? If you continue roblox may not work properly." But i already turn all the antivirus softwares off.. I still cant install roblox
