I guess it is opinion based. My problem with city 17 is that without gundealers, you don't get guns. And gundealer is a gamepass. |

You can get guns with gamepasses too, but I see what you mean, you can also become rosistance which you only need to be level 10 for, we used to have an in game gun shop but I don't know the future plans for the city |
