This interview guide contains the rules you'll need to know and the questions you will be asking your interviewees as well as the interview procedure and tips so that you can successfully host the session and interview attending interviewees. - Interview Guide - [1] Grammar is required inside and outside interviews at all times. Failure to use grammar will result in you failing your interview. [2] Respect all present staff and attending interviewees. Disrespect is not tolerated and will result in being kicked from the server. [3] You must answer each question within 60 seconds after being asked the question. Exceeding this time limit results in failure for that question. [4] Please remain seated while waiting for your interview. If you do not remain seated, you will be kicked from the server. [5] Please try not to go AFK during the interview session as you may miss out on being interviewed and if you are called upon to be interviewed while AFK you will be kicked from the server. - Interview Questions - [1] How would you greet a customer if they came up to your register? [2] What are some unique characteristics you possess? [3] Please correct the following sentence. “i cme 2 dis interfew so i cen wrk at jlly burgner” [4] Why do you want to work for Jolly Burger? [5] What other companies have you worked for that were similar to Jolly Burger? - Interview Procedure - When the safe chat tests and rules have concluded, select one person at random to interview. Ask your interviewees to follow you to an empty room and have them sit in the chair in front of the desk and begin the interview. You might also want to ask your interviewees if they have any questions before you begin, then proceed to ask the interview questions. Judge them relatively harshly on their response time and correct grammar usage, as we want fast and professional crew members. Also, judge them on how thoughtful their answers appear. If they pass, congratulate them and inform them of the handbook (especially the trainee guide) and the other useful information that can be found there. Then have them follow you to the waiting room to be promoted and have them sit at one of the chairs to await their promotion. If they fail, correct them on what they did wrong and inform them that they can try again at the next interview session and dismiss them. If they don’t leave right away, you may kick them. - Interview tips - [1] Judge responses based on these factors: response time, grammar usage, and the relevance of the answer. [2] People can correct themselves if they make a grammar/spelling mistake and not be penalized for it. If they don’t correct themselves, then they are penalized. You will want to fail them after 3 unfixed grammar errors. [3] Look for a more elaborate vocabulary as well as concise and coherent sentences. This is all you need to know when hosting interviews.
