Agreements:
- New rank, called 'Executive Overseer', is a state by the active overseer and the company's largest shareholder.
- TGSCommander is the Executive Overseer.
- iiAzec is the inactive Overseer. They will not be able to exercise executive powers over CNN, as this contract will automatically void them.
- iiAzec gets access to CNN twitter, and does not tweet or delete anything unless her executive powers are exercised with the terms in this document.
Terms:
- The Department of Commerce and Labor may give iiAzec the powers of Executive Overseer temporarily.
- The Board of Directors of CNN or American Automation may give iiAzec the powers of Executive Overseer temporarily.
- TGS will pay an amount to iiAzec to receive the minimal amount to be the largest shareholder.
- The Department of Commerce and Labor recongises TGSCommander as an owner of CNN.
- iiAzec will be part of CNN board, and may use powers given to her via the board.
- The Board or the Executive Overseer may not remove iiAzec.
If any of these terms/agreements are broken, the contract will be voided as a whole. Except for Agreements §4, which will just void the action.
