Hello and welcome to the Interview Guide of Trippy. Here are some guides if you are hosting an interview. This will be your guide to make a successful interview session. Please understand it carefully! [HR/ HOST] Group Shout Guidelines: If you are hosting an interview, you should know the group shout guidelines. You should shout it 15-20 minutes before you start the interview! Here are some formats: INTERVIEWS| Hosted by: (PLAYER)| Starting in (TIME)| Head down to the Interview Center for a chance to be hired! (QOTD) If the Interview already started: INTERVIEW| Hosted by: (PLAYER)| S-locked! My sincere apology if you couldn’t make it!| Why not head down to the café for a sweet iced tea! (QOTD) If the Interview ended: INTERVIEW| Concluded! Congrats to those who passed!| Head down to the café and grab an ice cream for a celebration! (QOTD) Remember: QoTDs are optional. You may not include them into your shout. But, it will be great if you include them! Before the Interview: First is the host. If the host doesn’t come 10 minutes after the time scheduled, the interview is cancelled. Substitute Host is probably allowed. Co-Hosting is also allowed. You should have at least 3-4 Interviewers. The maximum amount of Interviewers is 7. Lack of Interviewers may result in cancellation. Also, you should have a promoter. For this, only one promoter. Lastly is Spectator. A spectator may be a back-up Interviewer if one Interviewer disconnected from the server. Spectator also spectate the interviews and monitor Interviewees. ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬ During Interviews: When everything is all set/ ready and the time has come, you may start the session. You will start it with greetings. Use the “:m” command in doing this. Example: /:m Hello and welcome to 12pm GMT Interview! I am (NAME), your host for today! Remember: You may let your Interviewers greet. It is optional. After that, you will go over the rules. They must follow these rules as these will make them eligibly pass the interview. [1] Grammar is should be used at all times. Remember, this may help you pass the interview. Not using grammar, especially MRs and HRs will result in a suspension or demotion. [2] Respect is needed. Respect your fellow interviewees and interviewers. Remember they are putting time in this session for you to be interviewed. [3] If you did not pass, please don’t rage. It may lower your chance in passing if you try again. If you did not pass, you may try again next session. [4] Do not hint on the high ranks or ask for promotion. It will decrease your chances of being promoted. Hard work, determination and activeness is the guide in being promoted. [5] Last rule, have fun! After that, you will politely ask them to say “C7RN” for testing safechats and checking if they are 5+ days old. Example: /:m Before we start the interview, I would politely ask you to say C7RN when your Interviewers came up to you. [HR/MR/ INTERVIEWERS] Safechat and Account Age Test: You have to pick one Interviewees. First, you must ask them to say C7RN and check their account age. If they aren’t on safechat and they are 5+ old, you can start interview them. If they have safechat and they are 5 and below, you must kick them in the server and tell them to disable their safechat or comeback if they are qualified on their account age. Interviews Begin: After the safe chat testing and account age viewing, you must tell your interviewee to follow you to the interview room. When you get in there, you may start greeting and ask if they have questions or concerns. If not, you may start now. Time required in answering a question is 40 seconds. Exceeding in the time limit is failure on that question. Grammar and proper punctuation is the key in passing. Here are some questions that you can use in interviewing an Interviewee: [1] Why do you want to work for Trippy? [3 sentences] [2] In a scale of 1-10, how active are you? [3] How did you find Trippy? [3 sentences] [4] How will you benefit on us? [5] If a troll came up to the register and started trolling. What will you do? [6] What is AA. What will you do if you saw someone doing it? [7] What do we expect on you if you are hired as a worker on Trippy? [8] What are the unique characteristic do you possess? [9] If you saw a player exploit. What will you do? [10] In one word, describe yourself. Remember: You may use your own guide questions. After that, you have to check his/her chatlogs to read his/her answer. (:chatlogs (NAME)). After reading all of his/her answers, you may say her grammar errors. Three grammar errors may result in total failure. If she doesn’t have any grammar errors, you may say if she passed or not. If she passed, you may name her/his as “Pas##########If she/he passed: Congratulations! You passed! Please follow me for you to be ranked! Welcome to our family! If she/he failed: Sorry! You didn’t pass the interview! (state the reasons: Grammar errors, not detailed answer, etc.) Please try again next session. Remember: Failing a good trainee may result in consequences! Ranking Time: [HR/PROMOTER] Your job as a promoter is to rank the passed interviewees. After you rank them, you may kick them from the server and say that he/she is ranked.
