AC/DC Doesn't fail, and the next time you create a thread about a band you dislike, please title it "I don't really like AC/DC" or "AC/DC isn't a good band in my opinion..." or something like that. that would avoid a lot of arguements. |

Yes, father.
I don't like them because...
1: Their music seems to be the same. Their songs are almost EXACTLY the same, and pretty much just about the same thing...
2: The lead singer's voice annoys me. I don't know why, I just cannot stand it.
If I don't like how someone sounds, how am I supposed to listen to them?
3: Their lyrics aren't well-written. They seem thrown together, without any REAL reason. They also lack passion. (Please, prove me wrong.)

You may not like them, but they don't fail financially. They are more than a band, they're a buisness, and a great one at that. It's not ALL for entertainment, you know. |

Linkin Park is named Linkin Park because of Lincoln Park, Chicago. They were originally called Xero, a play on Zero. Big whoop. They're my favorite band. 'Their music has no real sound'. What the [Censored] is that supposed to mean?! And Ac/Dc does NOT fail, you fail. |

What i mean is, Linkin Park is Nu Metal, which is a mix of Metal, Electronica, Glam Rock, Punk Rock, and a BUNCH of other stuff. It sounds fine to me. In fact, it sounds awesome. It SOUNDS like a Heavy Rock band with electronic and punk elements. So suck it. |
