While this argument is interesting, it is not valid.
"Why can't we make our own if the mods can?"
I tell you this: A moderator is not the same as a player. They are higher in standing on ROBLOX. Therefore, our differences in rights and privileges can be justified to an extent.
Furthermore, player creation of custom-made objects such as those you have mentioned, most especially packages and faces, could lead to serious abuse, and would also mean the moderators have even more content to moderate. This means that the quality of moderation will drop unless ROBLOX hires more moderators, resulting in a loss of income. |

NBC wasn't useless when there was still tix but now NBC is useless.

There is one problem. ROBLOX has taken away TIX now and so we have to pay for ROBUX or BC, TBC, OBC. I mean I don't have BC anymore but I still want to create something like that. You shouldn't have buy anything else now. ROBLOX made way to many changes to the currency and Catalog. Some of us that don't have BC want to create our own things. We shouldn't have to pay to create something we would like to create. If you do this you are just trying to more and more money. It's greedy and ROBLOX is greedy enough. |

Hats, Faces, Heads, and Packages: I think the first one could be free, and each time you make more, they cost more.
Gear: I think BC and up can make them, and like Hats, Faces, Heads, and Packages, each time it's higher than before, but the first one costs Robux. |

Your dream of user-generated hats, gear, faces, heads, and packages are coming true after 7 years. Here's a list of what the RDC Roblox livestream mentioned importantly:
- More improvements on Team Create (Faster engine)
- Party chat on mobile
- Character customization on mobile
- R16 and dynamic poses/profile poses (October 2016)
- Avatar height and width changer
*- UGC catalog (May 2017)*
- Weather (Clouds, rain, etc... could include your weather in rl) [This was suggested in the S&I forum before]
- Lighting improvements (Shadows, and dynamic lighting occulation)
- More better physics (Collisions and such)
- Better Roblox networking (Smoother movement, Precise hitboxes, mechanism interpolation)
- Possible PS4 support as said in a VR slide (PSVR)
