Roblox can not really fix this. You lose connection when your firewall blocks Roblox, or when your internet server goes down.

Problem
Roblox client can’t connect to the Roblox game server.
What Happens
Roblox fails to connect to the game server, showing the user an
error message Error messages include "Could Not Connect",
"ID 15 Failure", and similar User can "Visit Solo" but cannot
"Visit Online".
Why it Happens
Firewall
This is almost always a firewall problem, though it can be
(in very few cases) the result of a low-bandwidth connection
or a flaky wireless connection. You can rule out the wireless
connection by switching to a wired connection if possible.
If it’s not the connection, or if you can't try a wired
connection, assume it's the firewall.
Slow Internet Connection / Big Map
If you are playing on the internet on really slow service,
and the map is big, it can take a good bit of time to actually
download the map. Give it a little while. ROBLOX can be played
on a modem, but your experience is likely to be poor.
Empty Map / Place
If the map seems to be running.. but it is unusually devoid
of stuff, then the maker was just lazy and the map did in fact
load. The maker probably just didn't do anything with the map,
so it is empty. You can tell when a map is done loading, a
chime is sounded.
Bad Map / Place
Quite simply. the map is bad. something happened when the
map was made, there is some bad script, or something is
preventing the map from working properly. Inform the maker
of the problem, there is nothing you can do about it.
What to Do
Make Sure You’re Using the Supported Browser
First thing to check, is see what browser you are using.
Currently, the ROBLOX web site and the inbuilt browser you use
in the Roblox Studio are using Internet Explorer, and that is
all the Roblox can start from at the moment. Firefox and Opera
are not yet supported, and you will have to either use Internet
Explorer to open it, or go into Roblox Studio, where the page
will open up. If you try to connect to a world without IE, you
may get an error message that says "Roblox cannot start from
your web browser," and that is the very error that this is.

heres a funny thing, my roblox was working just fine. they make some update and gues what, suddenly i get that same message
"you have lost connection"
does that sound like a problem with my computer or a problem with the roblox update |

i should also note that the problem is not that the computer can't connect. my computer for instance begins loading the map before it tells me i have lost connection and those are its exact words "lost connection"
so what you posted is not the same issue |

and I already tried everything, even a reformat and the same issue.

and bazookamicah all have errors. the last two were created when we started experiencing this issue. Our other two computers are fine. This computer has been reformatted twice and it still does the lost connection to the game issue. Someone please fix this.. Thank you. |

Problem With Detection? I sometimes loose conection(Everyone freezes, Invisible tools and I cant Respwarn)And roblox doesn't TELL ME(50% of times)

I can sill PLAY, but not, like the games or anything, i can buy clothes and stuff, the immediatley the moment when i try to play a game, it says that i lost connection to the game. I'm tired of the crap this game s giving me and i REALLY wana play but if this keeps happening, even though i dont wanna, I'll have no choice but to quit the game. Please help. |

well there is always one way to fix this problem but it might not work due the update but i fixed it for one day but lost it because of the update so this is how i fixed it i called my internet service provider (mine is distributel) and said every time i played a game called roblox i get disconnected and kicked out so i need to stop that so the guy told me to go on a website of my wired router so since i have a linksys wired router he told me to go on:192.168.0.1. Then press enter and it will take you to a website he will guide you later on NOTE:you must be with distributel or have a linksys wired router. |

Well, delete roblox then reinstall it http://www.roblox.com/install if that does not work find roblox on your desk top then right click it then click properties then find its compadibility then mix that around a bit :o |

Yes everyone may loose conection a time or two NO it does not have to do with the roblox updates it has to do with the firewall on your pc |

My computer was good with roblox until an update about 2 months ago. Now when I go on a game, I usually lose connection, or it just loads forever on "waiting for character". It mainly happens when I go on games like Tecmagdiams' Roleplay, or d4rk886's Base Wars. |

I don't think it's the firewall. It may be avast! (antivirus) software blocking it, but I don't think it is. |

me too eventualy when i do get the map loaded(not very much)i will die and wont respawn and i sit there for like an hour and it says u lost connection so id love to smack the heck out of the guy ohwo kills me cuz i dont get to come back |

Things to do,
1,Reinstall ROBLOX.
2,Reboot your modem.
3,Check your firewall.
4,Use a different computer (If your computer is old)
5,It could be the lag of the game.
If any of these dont work email ROBLOX. |
