Hello! I am Officer Jipll in UCR! I would like to tell you about the up-coming elections.
First off,I have been in UCR awhile now, about 5 months, and I had finally risen in the ranks to officer. I go to most trainings/meetings/defends. I like it so much, I am starting to call it "home".
Now, I would like to tell you aout my experience in clans first. You don't wan an un-experienced highrank, correct? First, I will tell you about my experience in clans, you want an experience highrank, correct? I was a general in FEAR for about 6 months, I was a Royal Cobra in John's Cobras, I was also an officer in UAF. As for my leading experience, I have led several well-sized clans such as RED[1200+] and KRINK[600+]. They were both very sucessful, and well trained.
Now let me tell you my skills, and how they can apply to UCR!

This is my forte. I can make and run High-quality ads for UCR! This means many more members! I can also make custom uniforms for the members, logos for any UCR disivions, ect. This can be a great help for the people of UCR who want to get a disivion going but can't do much in image editing!
Building/Scripting
I can build pretty well! THIS means I can make forts, UCR models, or tech for UCR! I can also script pretty well too. I can make team scripts, fair warfare scripts, and help script guns and models for UCR.
Training/Leading
I am also VERY good at training troops. This means I can train them to their full potential, and make UCR a great fighting force! If well trained, any clan can be strong! I also have great leadership skills. I can get members motivated, and lead them into a Raid or help defend. This goes along with training, because if well trained troops go into battle with a great leader, they are sure to win!
As for what I will do for UCR:
I have many ideas to improve UCR's members. No offence to the members, but some of the trainings, raids, defends and meetings are all sloppy, unorganized, and the members to do not cooperate with the Highranks. I am not saying this for all of the meetings, just some. So, I would like to either Re-build UCR school, which teaches edicate, good manners, leadership skills, and the proper way to be a member of the UCR Family. And if that is not possible, I would like to make MY OWN Division of UCR to help train the members on those skills!
I also would like to improve UCR's lower-rank to highrank relations.
Some of the lower ranks feel ignored and in need of attention. So, I was thinking the highranks could get to know some of the lower ranks and maybe help train them or at least talk to them, to make the lower ranks to feel better in UCR, more like a family, which UCR is and always will be.
