Personally, I think it's a terrible idea. I have an alt that had one year TBC with lots of limiteds, and I only use it for other people. So it's reallly inactive, but I still don't want to lose it.

no. I don't think you should be able to claim their account, but possibly their name. There are many accounts on ROBLOX used just for 'namesniping', or claiming a common name before anyone else.
