this is just for PM's maybe possibly for friend requests out of game. Basically, you get a little icon bottum left like a friend request but its a mail icon. Telling you you got a notification so then you can , say BRB then check it and see what it was, and for POPULAR ROBLOX USERS it can be turned off..
