I figured out the root cause of this issue. Roblox uses a third part hosting (cloudFront.net) to host their RobloxLauncher.exe. It looks like whenever a Roblox update is needed, it attempts to redirect to this site. If you have a web proxy or some type of security software that blocks access to this site, the symptom you will see is the error that a TMP file is not a valid Win32 Application.
The solution is to whitelist / allow the site d27qknr4rwc572.cloudfront.net. As soon as I did that, the problem was solved. No need to reinstall or anything else. The process for doing this varies depending on what security software you have. In my case the software preventing this was BlueCoat K9 Web protection. By manually entering http://d27qknr4rwc572.cloudfront.net into a browser, I was given the option to "allow always". |

I have not payed attention to this in a very long time. I figured out all I had to do was re-install ROBLOX. If this doesn't work for you I think you have a different problem. |

You just explained exactly what is happening on my computer!!! I'll see if I can't get it un-blocked, but I do have one question, it's categorized as Spyware/Ma/ware sources. I'm a little learie of that, should I be worried about it? |

This problem has been solved! Answer:
1. Uninstall Roblox.
2. Reinstall Roblox.
3. Play Roblox and see the latest games about lol cats and such.
------------OR------------
1. Rage quit.
2. Get a new computer.
3. Install Roblox

But mine says temp failed 1% win 32aplecation and wont let me play roblox
what do i do i tried restarting the computer and that didn't work.Do i just quit roblox or try hard to really fix it. |

D: I have that error. Maybe because I have Windows 8. But when I first downloaded it. it would launch ROBLOX. They're probably working on it. But I uninstalled, then re-installed and it took forever to install. Then came the SAME error. D: |

Engines seize for any number of reasons; rust (usually from sitting too long), excessive heat (from running the engine without coolant or oil), or for some mechanical problem, such as a foreign object in the cylinder or a crankshaft bearing failure.
If you think your engine is seized, you need to confirm that before doing anything else. The first thing to do is remove the spark plug (s) and try rotating the engine. On the small engines most of us are working on you can bet that if you can't rotate it by hand, it's probably seized. On larger engines you'll want to use a breaker bar to see if it will turn.
Assuming everything is okay with the crankshaft, the easiest and cheapest thing to try is penetrating oil. This works surprisingly well, particularly with engines stuck from years of sitting out in the rain, where water has rusted the piston rings to the cylinder.
Everybody has their favorite penetrating oil, but I like P'Blaster. Start by shooting oil down into the cylinder through the spark plug hole, and don't be shy - use a lot of the stuff. Wear goggles in case the penetrating oil sprays back and hits you in the eye. If you have the patience for it, spray some in every day for about two weeks, followed by gently tapping on the cylinder wall with a hammer handle. This sets up vibrations that help the oil penetrate between the rings and the cylinder wall. After soaking the engine for a while try rotating the crankshaft. If you've been patient, and if the engine wasn't too badly rusted, it will usually break free and rotate. If it doesn't, hit it with more penetrating oil, and make sure you use enough. I've found that about half a can per cylinder is right. If it still doesn't rotate after four weeks of daily treatment, it's time to resort to more serious measures.

Step 1: Go to %temp%
Step 2: Delete all of RBX Files. [Make sure close your browser]
Step 3: Go to your browser and type www.roblox.com/download
Step 4: Follow instructions of Roblox Download.

This is not just the problem of ROBLOX,this is for unity web player and java,other things too. My error says that the file is corrupted,otherwise that it's not a valid Win32 application.I do not know how to fix this,but system restore won't do the trick.I think the only thing is to restore your system to when you bought it,this is not hard to do you just got to search it up on youtube.You'll have to re-install everything so set up a backup.This should fix it,if not the only solution would be to buy a new computer.I hate kinds of these errors,because the only fixes are either destroying every file in your computer or by wasting money for a new one because of an error which corrupted your FULL computer. |

Go to find file location and click on RobloxStudioLauncherBeta.exe and it will reinstall and work. |
