You need help if you can even propose that idea. |

I was listening to "Eye of the Tiger" while running, and my lung collapsed because the music gave me too much confidence. |

You can hold your breath underwater for about 10 seconds longer if you hyperventilate before diving down. When you are underwater, usually the buildup of carbon dioxide makes your blood acidic, which triggers your brain to let you know something's wrong. By taking several short breaths before going underwater, you fool your brain into thinking it has more oxygen and have more time before alarm bells go off. soo yeah |

It can boost your mood, at least. There is no way it boosts your physical strength unless you dance regularly to music. |

Yea I think music can boost your attitude, not strength. But if the music makes you do something to make you stronger, then yes. lol. |

Whenever I work out or run, I blast those notes. Ever tried going from working out/ running with music to without music? You just lose that extra push. I believe that certain music drives us harder in physical and mental activity. |

Listening to music can't 'improve' you're strength... It just improves your mood. |

Listening to music can improve your perseverance and whatnot when like running or working out. Just because it can get you pumped up. I guess that would count as mood, but still. |
