Do you believe circlecision should be applied to children under the age of 3? Yes or no and why/why not? |
|
|
No unless there is a real medical reason to. |

Could you give me an example of a valid medical reasoning? |

SuperHIVAIDScancer located in the skin. |

No, in fact, it shouldn't even be done to anyone under the age of 18.
Unless there's a major medical reason requiring it to be done, it should be a personal choice, not a parental one. |
|
|
No.
Unless there is some legit medical reason to do it.
Also how do people reproduce when they don't have their w.e.iners? |

"Also how do people reproduce when they don't have their _____?"
Circlecision is the removal of skin covering the head, not the actual thing. |
|
|
Oh okay.
I thought it's cuting off someone's little bunny. |

@tomato
So, if my religion supported cannibalism, and I considered you a delicacy, it would be okay if I started munching on your kidneys? |
|
|
It's an unnecessary operation. Besides that piece of skin is there to protect the knob. |

Actually, that is an excellent point. |

There are medical benefits to the process. Why it is done at birth? I'm not sure, but it could be the earlier the better, just like parents forcing children to take vaccines for various diseases. |

Not necessarily.
It might not even be assault if you willingly agreed to it.
The point is, just because it's a tradition doesn't make it right.
It's a tradition in some cultures to drink blood prior to going into battle. That doesn't mean it's morally right. |

"There are medical benefits to the process."
Such as? Citations, please.
"but it could be the earlier the better, just like parents forcing children to take vaccines for various diseases."
Actually, it doesn't make a difference because the skin doesn't change like an immune system does. |

Covering your face should be illegal. Canada just banned masks from protests. :)

I think you're missing his point. He said it makes little to no difference. I think eating someone is a lot more physically harmful to a person. Don't get me wrong, I oppose cirсumcision. I wish I was unсut. I wish my parents gave me a choice. |

There are actually more medical disadvantages to having it done than advantages.
The respective region becomes more prone to infection after having it done. The skin surrounding the region is intended to protect it from harm. Once it's gone, that protection is lost. |
