Think of it this way. It is a window (like the save and upload windows in studio) when you see it you can type anything in the text-field in the window and by pressing the submit button you can send the information to the game.
You could get it by inserting the object into a player. (probably the only way)
You could get the info by making a script similar to a clickdetector and a command script.
function ontextget (text, Texter)
Then you can use the text and sender in the script.
Ex.
A comment system that only vip's can read.
Thanks to the texter local you can report bad texts.)
At script builder this could pop up when editing a script.
(much better then writing it in chats)
Roblox needs this.
