help me someone! I forgot my password and I didn't enter my e-mail! (I had a good password but it had no numbers in it so I had to add numbers now I forgot what numbers I added!) When I try to change password it makes my type in my old one and if I want to enter e-mail I have to enter my current password too! When I go to my other parent's house I won't be able to play roblox and I don't wanna make another account. What do I do?

When you go to "Forgot your password?" it asks for your Username and E-mail address.
It's asking for your USERNAME, NOT PASSWORD
So, unless you used a fake e-mail, you should have no problem. |

The problem is is that I didn't enter a fake E-mail. I didn't enter anything. I clicked the Enter It Later button. And now it won't let me use password recovery. I could make a new account, but I'm proud of this account.

Basically the same thing happen to me but It lets me log in but I KNOW FOR A FACT that someone hacked my account

Depending on what browser you are using you might be able to look into the browser settings and discover what ######## is stored within the browser. For example, I believe in Google Chrome ######### are found under advanced settings / ######### and forms. If you install Avast Antivirus it also has a ######## extension where you can protect your ######### with a master ######### |

Actually, there IS something you can do! Go to your ###### and send an ##### to [email protected] and tell them what happened. By the next day they will reply with your ticket number, (make sure you include your user name when you send the ####### The next day, they will send you info that your parents need to know. Show them the ##### and they will contact them with their billing ###### The next day they will be able to get your ###### Finally, they will send you a link that will have you make a new ######### Once you do that they will send you ANOTHER ##### to change it. Now they will send you an ##### verifying thing. Verify it, then you're good! This has happened to me recently, I freaked out! I hope this will help! |
