@shade, maybe instead of reporting the spammers, maybe you are only allowed a certain amount of requests at once, to stop your message list becoming OVERSIZED! Also, maybe they can select in their account settings if they want to recieve money from others, because if you don't want to recieve requests you can moderate it yourself.
