Hello, and welcome to this year’s story contest! Yes it’s back and we expect some very imaginative and very creative pieces of writing! In the past we have hosted similar contests but they haven’t had the same meaning as to what we have been planning. In this contest you will be required to write a piece of writing that suits WIJ, whether you decide to talk about specific people or a specific war it’s totally up to you! In this contest the High Command is looking for pieces of writing which really show WIJ off as a creative clan. Some ideas we would like to suggest, you do not have to use them you can completely go wild with your imagination, wartime Indigo II, or a new generation of technology, any war we’ve competed in or even maybe specific members of the High Command or below? You can use these ideas but we really expect you to completely wild and just immense yourself in your imagination!
When writing these pieces of writings you must not include any hateful opinionated feelings towards any member of the Corporation, grammar and creativeness is expected, it must be entertaining for the audience to read and most importantly be original with your ideas. Classic themes are accepted but we are looking for something truly wild and magnificent.
The entrees will be accepted from the 6th of June 2013 to the 10th of July 2013, any entries entered after midnight of the 10th of July will not be accepted therefore make sure you meet the deadline! The entrees must be in a separate thread on the C&G Forums then linked as a reply to this original thread. Each story will be read through and judged for three aspects, originality, grammar and creativity. You may not work in pairs in this contest due to that the prizes will only be given to one author per place. The favourite story will be featured in the WIJ Shout; and the author will receive a secret unique item in Indigo II and a cash prize of 10k $R’s! The runner up (2nd place) will get 5k $R’s and a secret unique item in Indigo II! And 3rd place will get 2.5k $R’s and a secret unique item in Indigo II! Prizes will be handed out by the Marshal and Chairman to the authors!
We expect some absolutely great entrees, good luck and happy writing!
