On ROBLOX, there are alot of conflicts. I am posting this to convince you that mods from the community could be selected to do small jobs (Moderating comments, etc.) for free or for an In-Game pay. Of course, to prevent any conflict, there would be a Terms of Agreement that the user would have to agree too, along with other various sorts of contact information.
The reason I find this a good idea is because some users have played ROBLOX for a long period of time, and feel as though they would like to better the community. I have set up a small example of how applying would work. This is it VVVV
The applicant would give their First and Last name.
The applicant will give their E-Mail address.
The applicant will give their age.
The applicant will give phone number (Verification required)
The applicant should post a detailed draft on why they would do it (to the best of their ability)
The applicant (If the first application seems decent enough) will videochat/talk to Via Phone
with a ROBLOX Administrator for an interview.
The applicant will then be decided upon weather they are worthy of the small tasks that the current mods just can't get around to with their busy schedule.
This would better the community ALOT. This will cut-down on spam, and give players hope that things will be better (since it is their peers being selected). This will also give players a feeling of having a say in what is going on, because they can feed the moderator ideas and he/she can recommend the idea to a moderator.

So, like Vouluntary mods? I've been supporting stuff like this since a few months ago (notice I am a '12er, I have not been on ROBLOX that long). But I don't like the video/voice chat with the administrators. Why not just do e-m-a-i-ling? |

The point is to build trust. Would you trust someone who you have only talked to through e-mail, where they could be lying about everything, or would you trust someone you have actually spoken to and gotten to know "irl". |

I forgot to add, if the Moderator is under the age of 16 (at the age of 16, at least in California, you qualify to work a part-time job)you agree to a Terms of Agreement and you could work as an intern or be payed with in-game currency. |

i'd totally moderate comments or forums if i got paid some kind of robux
i don't know... 350 a week? something like that
not for the robux as the main reason though
because spammers on comments and bullys on forums are huge huge problems |
