Thats why new rules were made about how many times it can flash a second, roblox is now a candidate for a legal case.

I don't think the creator should be banned unless if he knew of the command and did not take action. If he knew about the command and did not take action, then I think he should be held responsible.

@zacattack417 Wrong, good sir. There is nothing illegal about puting flashing lights in a game or anything else. There ws an old star wars game in the '70s where, at the end of the game, there was a ton lights flashing different colors. This could cause seizures. It wasn't sued. At least think about this. Allow us to list a few things that this DOESN'T do. It doesn't break any of our rights. It doesn't threaten to kill you or do any harm to you intentionally. You can only sue someone for intentional harm. Most of the time, they're arrested anyway. This does NOTHING that is illegal, and you can not sue them for this. Besides, another thing you can't sue someone for is "something they did in a game".

If I may point out once again, ALL GAMES CAN CAUSE SEIZURES. THERE IS NOTHING, AND I MEAN NOTHING, ILLEGAL ABOUT IT. THEY PUT THAT WARNING FOR A REASON. Now, stop raging, saying that it's a crime and should be taken up in court, and just kindly ask him to add a warning about it.

Some people calling the OP and other people trolls are extremely disrespectable! Flashing lights will hurt and maybe damage your eyes. With epilepsy it might cause seizures and sometimes death from those seizures. The Pokemon episode where something exploded and it flashed Red and Blue. That put over 300 kids in hospital and about 100 died due to seizures. I play the app Plague.inc. If you haven't heard of it check it out on the app store. It costs 0.69. In that game you design a plague to infect and kill the whole world. You can buy symptoms, some kill humanity. Seizures is one of those killer symptoms. Seeing flashing lights with bright colours you have a small chance of death. If you have epilepsy.

Any game could potentially do this, even CoD. I'm pretty sure someone got killed or extremely damaged from some guy repeatedly throwing flash grenades at him, knowing he had epilepsy. I honestly think it should be your responsibility to know the conditions that you can take, and shouldn't be playing games with rapidly flashing lights.

"I honestly think it should be your responsibility to know the conditions that you can take, and shouldn't be playing games with rapidly flashing lights." People don't put warnings on ROBLOX games, do they? But they do on video games.

One who has epilepsy probably shouldn't be playing video games, even more so those that are made by everyday people who do not get federally mandated in their releases. It's in my opinion no different than standing on the road and waiting, and when a car finally hits you that they where in the wrong, when you knowingly did something dangerous to you.

people with epilepsy don't get killed by their seizures, they even wear medical bracelets so that people don't call 911 while they have one. They get up and walk away after suffering a seizure attack. There's medication that controls, not completely, epileptic attacks. Epilepsy isn't really deadly, and people with it are usually very informed, and so are their loved ones. Their loved ones are supposed to time the seizure, and if it lasts more than 5 minutes, it's indicative that something could be wrong, and to call 911. You don't have epilepsy, your friends would know if you had a seizure. Yeah, bright flashing lights are unpleasant to look at, but can't cause serious medical concerns.
