Section 1: Standard Rules and Punishments 1: Killing TZF personnel will not be tolerated. Killing a fellow soldier or officer because of a personal feud is utterly pathetic and will be punishable by exile. If in retaliation to a straight up traitor killing several men the chain of command will determine the outcome. 2: Disrespect towards TZF personnel will not be tolerated. Higher ranks are to be address as "sir" or "ma'am" depending on their gender. If you have a problem with a fellow soldier or officer, then keep it to yourself. No matter how much you hate somebody that is a higher rank than you, you must still demonstrate respect and follow their orders. Respect is also to be displayed toward those that are of lower rank or equal rank; respect is key. After one warning, this is punishable by exile. 3: Killing supporters and/or allies will not be tolerated. Think about it for a second. We have a team for supporters so that they don't get killed. You may only kill a supporter if they start stirring up trouble or killing TZF personnel. This could be punishable by either demotion or exile depending on the situation. 4: All soldiers and officers are to demonstrate discipline, composure, and maturity on the field. Listen to your commanders; do not use emoticons (XD, :3, :D, etc.); acronyms such as LOL, ROFL, etc. are not permitted. If you are to frequently display immaturity and disobedience you will simply be exiled. After the first warning it will be demotion or instant exile depending on the level of offense. Section 2: Uniform Guide: Combat/Training uniforms are used, obviously, for trainings, patrols, raids, and defenses. Basically, these uniforms are worn unless you are told to put on a formal uniform. Formal uniforms are only to be worn if at formal events such as promotion ceremonies, gatherings/meetings, etcetera. You will be told by your commanding officer when you should wear your formal uniform. Section 3: Standard Officer Guide (Captain+) 1: Officers are to notify the High Commander or General-In-Chief if they are going to be away on vacation or other business. That way we can be aware that you are not being inactive simply because you're lazy. 2: Laziness is not acceptable. Trainings and patrols are to be held each day. Colonels and above may host raids while captains and above may host trainings. If an officer fails to demonstrate complete devotion and exceptional activity it will be punishable by demotion or if seen fit, exile. 3: Officers are to set an example for their soldiers. Do not give pointless orders; think before you act, and never display any form of immaturity. NOTE: No soldier is to pass the cadet rank unless they are fully prepared to serve as a mature, obedient, loyal, and disciplined soldier. If any cadet seems absolutely hopeless, report them to the High Commander or General-In-Chief for review and/or exile.
