So I kill about 4 people by an Usar with my M3.
I go to pick up a MK48, then all of a sudden I hear this high pitched loud noise
Then I see 1 more person, and right next to him, IT.
I start getting shot by the guy's makarov.
Then my screen shakes and fades in and out, every time it goes pitch black I see red eyes.
I hear this very low pitched loud growl.
The Usar blows up out of no-where and the makarov guy dies.
It all stops I have about a milli-decimal of health, and everything around me is dead/destroyed.

S3, P0, or a new threat?

After about 30 minutes, I return to the site and I still see the 6 dead corpses and the blown up Usar. They never regenerated, which is very weird.
