the play button wont work

It's not just Windows 8.1 I'm getting it on Windows 7 at the moment. Uninstalling Player or Studio won't do anything as the play button, messaging button or clothes buttons or anything like that aren't based on the player or Studio. It's likely an error in the website. The best solution I've seen so far is to refresh the page, or try using a different internet browser.

No it's totally windows 8.1 ever since that one update that was annoying me for days and forced me to update it, Roblox is not working and the issues the other people are talking about are happening,I'm thinking RIOT!

Same here its not a specific version of windows as it appears 7-8.1 are having these problems, i only use google chrome i have no idea if using fire fox or ie9 fixes it or anything but im gonna try to use FF

I had the same problem! Go and delete sme unwanted programs attached to downloads you have. They put too many viruses on your computer which causes these kinds of problems to occur. Maybe delete something that has something to do with your browser.

Every time I click the play button it says "How to Get Started" then starts installing RobloxLauncher. I installed the launcher and after that, I keep on pressing the play button and still says "How to Get Started"!

AAAAALRIGHT! So i checked this problem out first on my primary computer. Got the same problem BUT i just couldnt buy stuff and if i want to check like my messages its empty. So i tried to reboot and refresh my PC. Still didnt worked. So i gone to my laptop. Worked. So what i think: maybe it do depends on the pc, laptop etc. I hope it works for the most AND i hope roblox is gonna fix this problem

alright i know this is an old thread, but nothing is working. I cant press play, i cant open the options menu, or the Games, Home, Profile side GUI thing. Not sure if there is a way to fix this but i seriously cant do anything right now This is my signature apparently... Cool cool

I have windows 7 and it worked before on Chrome and Opera, now it doesn't work on both. Somebody help me, and it's not because i have gazillions of ads ofcourse i have Adblocker.

Hey dude I found 2 ways. The correct way is going on another browser. Sometimes chrome won't work do try firefox. The stupid way is forcing a friend to play the game you want to play then hit join game on their profile, unfortunately this will work. Hope this helps.
