How hard is it to find someone to monitor a forum? They work as interns basically so you don't pay them and there are tons of notable posters here. Step it up Roblox...

yeah everyone hates the worn-out bots that the admins use so they can be lazy.

I half and half agree. I kinda want volunteer mods back. Half-support.

@Xiord: That's what I mean, they should pay attention to the forums and see who reports bad threads, doesn't say things they shouldn't, all that stuff. Make them mods for that forum.

Yea...Even though we have mods, they should be assigned to things. Examples below: A mod or more in a section of the forum. Some mods suspecting games. Some mods working on ROBLOX. Mods working on advertising. Some mods work on reports. Some mods control Builder's Club. You agree or what?

It isn't that easy to find a person just to monitor forums, they need to be trusted.

Do you guys know how hard it is for the mods to do this? As you may or may not know there are 40,000,000+ Kids/teens on roblox you think they have time to check every little thing that comes up? no to mention them fixing bugs, patching glitches, hacks etc, making the hats you wear, the packages you wear, everything besides user made things. They also have to make updates.

That's why we need people like volunteer mods.

qq people could easily be trolls and wait until they are trusted then mess things up

And that's why I said they need to look for people that have been on here a long time, active, and help out all ways possible. That mod will then have ONE job, that way they aren't stressed out and they can do their job right. It can work if they still had the volunteers.

The problem with this is that all ROBLOX staff work at the main office, alongside developers, etc. It makes management much easier. Rather than having mods all across the US, and some places around the world, everyone is there. It helps to keep everyone more accountable to their actions, and so if they decide to get stupid and wrongly ban someone, it's easier for staff to confront the individual about such. It also helps to build a trust bond between staff members, and in some more difficult situations, they can work together more easily and get a second opinion on what to do in various cases.
