A neat idea for a place, but I don't think it should be implemented globally on Roblox. If you want to script it, you can use a Part's Velocity property and GetMass() method to determine the speed and size so you can damage the player accordingly.

That's based on air resistance. I don't know if we take that into account with the Roblox physics engine. |
