well, this can be done via ParticleEmitters, Just have it facing the way you want it to, give it some small sized particles, with a close-to-invisible transparency, and a slow speed, and have it spin. and don't forget velocity Spread, however. Instead, let's put Dust in the SunRays effect BEHAVIOR [DustTransparency:0-1] [DustSpeed:0-1.#INF]
