@guysensei1 I know that. As I said in my original post: "while it is true that filters can be bypassed fairly easily, this would serve as a very good deterant for those who would spam this way. " Also, that problem only exists for solution #1

@spike0987 No single person started spam. There were individuals who started the chain spam, but only individual strains.

Well i think ROBLOX adaims could delet certain comments but like some of there blogs say there to busy and how we shouldnt do it

soloution 1: good idea... here is a list of good phrases/words to filter copy and paste come to free tix free robux spam cleaner noob shield spam shield soloution 2: yet another good idea. it wont work on stuf like: "COME TO MY PLACE OR I WILL EAT YOU" but combined with soloution 1 it WILL work soloution 3: bad idea. people will rate good things bad and bad things good

It is mostly kids who post spam because they do not think before they post it and they do not read the rules either. Well kids without BC are poor and more and more people are posting due to the amount of Tix needed to get 1 ROBUX on Trade Currency. Spam doesn't work but they don't know that, and that is annoying.

Okay, ideas number 1 and number 2 are great. I hope they'll make them. If not, I have another idea. They could completely remove the commenting system and replace it by a rating system. You could rate the item/place 0 to 10. We could disable the ratings for our stuff (the same way we disable the comments). Removing comments would remove 100% of the comments spam (duh) :D What do you think?

The commenting system is a great system. Entirely removing it wouldn't be a good idea. But yea, a place rating system would be good.

I like 1 and 2, but not 3. I also believe spamming should be a level 2 defence (1-3 day ban) with a warning first.

Spamming is already a banable offence, but so many people do it that the admins can't possibly keep up.

Great idea there - I was thinking about suggesting to make comments cost 12 tix, but cost 1 less tix for every passing month of that account - therefore, veterans wouldn't pay a single tix, and ROBLOX regulars wouldn't pay nearly as much as the meat-shield comment accounts. Besides, 12 tix is about 1.5 ROBUX, due to the gear and all hats since gear came out costing ROBUX.

(stupid spammers) I mean, it gets in the way of actually listening to what people have to say about the item itself, which is obnoxious if you don't know if its decent or not and you don't want to waste your money. So once again, 100% support!
