I don't know if this was copied and it won't work, but that would decrease the frustration given from spammers.
The idea was this: you can post a message every 5 seconds. If you don't respect this rule twice, you'll get a warning. If you don't respect it thrice then you're muted for 1 minute and if you do it again the 3rd time....you're instantly kicked from the server.
Ok, i explained it in the worst way, since i'm not the best explainer ever, but you got the concept. Chat spam is so annoying, and this could prevent that
