Outside ads and roblox ads at same time?

This is odd...When the roblox ad comes up on the top of the page an outside one appears under it.So im looking at two ads. This is what they are for top ad:Yogscast fan group bottom ad:Netflix Help?

Are you sure this isn't the result of a virus, or similar (Chrome plugin, for example)?
