Preventing spam I believe. But it's stupid because it's only 3600 seconds for every item. So like you could comment on shaggy and then go right onto sword pack and comment on that. |

As stated by others, it's to prevent spam. I personally feel it's a great idea since who needs to comment on the same item, within minutes of already posting a comment? |

^Fake, it is not a glitch. It is preventing spam because most people just post over and over to get views. I'm glad they did this but I think it should be once every few hours.

How many times do I need to repeat myself? It is NOT a glitch. They added this to prevent spam. Make it every 5 hours please, and make it 5 hours per COMMENT, not per item comment.
