You bandage it, but find that's it's bleeding rather quickly. With the primitive first aid kit you have, you manage to slow down the bleeding, but it's apparent that you may lose your foot without getting medical help quick. You trek forward for a bit, and find a traveling caravan with goods.

He shakes his head for disinfectant. He has no idea. He bandages it up better, and manages to fix up some areas, but he cannot sew it, as there is not enough skin to sew up. [basically too much space inbetween the two pieces of skin]
