Sometime later this week we'll be making HiveCore free to join. This means it will be open and anyone can join the group. Alts noobs anyone. To ensure HiveCore stay exlusive in someway the first rank will be a Civilian rank.
Civilians can't read the shout can't do anything almost like a guest. They'll automatically be put on the hostile team and kicked from any HiveCore event such as training or rallying. To achieve the rank of Enlist they'll have to go through the same course as normal, wear the uniform and get the badge.

I did that with TLE, biggest mistake, don't do it, you'll regret it. |

I think that is a bad decision because that wouldn't be fair to the other people that had to work to get in. |

the group will still be elite.
It will just be larger, those who are in the first rank (Civilian) can do nothing with the group.

I honestly, already feel the Enlist left out. I don't like the idea of a superclan, yet it's fully up to you and your high ranks. |

Like I said, Civilians will be put on hostiles until they complete the requirments to be promoted to Enlist. |
