This has been reposted many times. This time, though I'm keeping hold of its URL so I don't lose it. Anyhoo, on with the suggestion.
INTRODUCTION:
Humanity. Beautiful thing. But, as humans we make mistakes. I've made one on trade currency, and it was big. I lost 90% of my money. This new feature would have prevented it...
FEATURE:
I want a safety-catch, on trade currency. If your offer was offering Robux at a rate of 1:8 or lower, or Tickets at a rate of 12:1 or higher, then the action would require a confirmation. It would tell you what your offer is, and what ratio it's at. If you confirmed, it would require you to type in your p-word before letting you go ahead.
Expected critique replies:
Why don't you just double-check?
We make mistakes. When someone gets too confident, they'll go ahead with their offers almost immediately and this will result in mistakes.
But if people don't make mistakes, then I won't make money off of them.
That's like saying "If you ban scamming, I won't be able to trick people into giving me money"
No support.
Why?
Why do this?
One of these mistakes cost me 90% of my money. I'm sure many people make these mistakes. This feature would stop them making huge mistakes.
Thanks for reading, please post.

I agree. |

Agreed. ROBLOX needs to do this action/update. If we are to save Robux and Tix. We need this. |
|

There should just be a box that asks you something such as "Are you sure you want to do this?" |

Sorry if this may be off-topic but why do you post "Bump" the whole time? I've also seen other people do it. |

"Bump" bringing up one's post in the forums by posting something that's only purpose is to be a post (as that takes it to the top of the list, as does any post).
I like the idea, somewhat. The currency rate is changeable though, and this system doesn't reflect that. If anything it should be using a "Recent average ratio" and than saying if you are 1~2 off from that ratio, confirm.
HOWEVER I think it's pointless to check that anyways. I think upon hitting the button to set your currency trade, it should follow up with a prompt that told you the ratio you where trading at, "So you want to trade [[Amount]] [[Currency Type]] at [[Amount]] Tickets Per Robuck?" A standardized format (A.K.A. always showing the ticket:robux ratio, instead of swapping it to robux:ticket ratio when doing the trade the other way) allows users to easily make sure they are trading at the correct rates, because if you accidentally mixed up your values, this number would be very low, every time you made the mistake. I personally believe that when it comes to in-game currencies you should always have a double layer check to make sure they are sure in what they are about to do, to prevent mis-clicks or mis-reads from costing them. |

True, Some noob hacked me and used all my tix to by this dumb thrift shop fedora. And then he spammed on a bunch of good games. Now I'm getting a load of PM's about "Stop spamming on my game" |
|

Yes but this won't happen
ROBLOX never makes good updates
only bad ones
and then more bad ones
especially ones that no one wants |
|
|
You just bumped a seriously old thread... anyways...
I won't get them to make good updates unless I try. It's worth a shot. |

Human = Horrible writhing mass of flesh better eaten for other living things.
No support. |

Support. Trading Tix for Robux is the worst.
Ex.: 200 tix = 12 Robux |
|

Ima spam bumps. To get this noticed ya know? |

Support, although it should be for all limited trades, not just one. |

@gran
He's talking about the TC, not the Trade System. |
