I've noticed a minor glitch that occurs in games

Sometimes the default face has been put over someone's face ingame. I'm not sure how it happens, but it looks like the default smiley face was directly stacked on their face. Anyone else experienced this?

In some games my face dosent even show up, Its not just my computer because I asked someone if they could see it and they said no... Itsa special glitch. ;3
