Hi, My username on ROBLOX Is, kingofthehill1234. I've recently purchased OBC, BUT! I bought it Yesterday night at 8:00 PM EST. I still haven't got the OBC. I've waiting almost 24 Hours and it hasn't gave me the OBC Yet. I'm not sure if I got charged yet though, So If you could can you tell me if the Purchase is still Pending, Or Failed? because if its failed, would I get my money back? Or will you just give me the OBC? I also have contacted ROBLOX About this issue. Still trying to look for a solution, And to see If I got charged or not. |

Please try waiting a few minutes if you still do not revive the OBC contact [email protected], tell them you bought OBC and did not revive it after waiting about a day.

I've waited now over 24 Hours! And, I bought 6 Months, I contacted ROBLOX And they want to owner of the Billing account to talk to them :/ |

The problem is probably that your BC needs to run out so you didn't waste your buy then your OBC will kick in

That has been mentioned in a game before, But it doesn't explain how it says, Your 17days of BC Will Convert into 6 days of OBC. The days will be added to your OBC. |

Some methods of payment take longer than 24 hours to configure like the credit card you used... |

If you have bc and your buying bc you have to stop your bc then buy OBC. |

You will still be charged for the OBC you have bought but will have to purchase againonce you cancel your bc or bc expires |

That makes no sense! Like it does, but I saw, I have to pay twice? No I'm not. And why is the world will it say it'll convert? Its something wrong! Something is not working. It doesn't matter if My BC expires, it clearly says, Your remaining days will COVERT To 6 days of OBC. So you don't have to wait. I want a Mod to respond :/ |

Once your current plan for bc runs out,OBC will come on auto-maticly |
