Industry: The country's infrastructure is being rebuilt and factories are making civilian equipment instead of military, though some continue working for military. Schools, stores, farms, mines, hospitals, and railroads are built. Military: A lot of troops are allowed to go home, bringing the active personnel count to just 8 million.
