USSR
Government:
The Central Communist Committee decided to continue improving military technology and increase relations with other communist states, like China and Vietnam. Rebels in Vietnam, fighting against the western-backed government, were given weapons.
Diplomacy:
Ties with China, Vietnam, Iran, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo have been strengthened. The USSR is hoping to make Congo the first African communist country by providing them aid to fight against rebels in the eastern South Kivu region of the nation.
Meanwhile, the Albanian Armed Forces are almost entirely defeated by USSR-backed Yugoslav troops. The Yugoslav government decides to join the USSR, becoming the Yugoslavian SSR. Its troops are added to the military of the USSR and it raises it to 18.5 million.
Military:
Aid is continued to be given to China, and now also to Vietnam fighting the West-backed government there, and the Congolese military fighting against rebels in South Kivu region.
Meanwhile, the Yugoslav-Albanian war is over. Yugoslavia joins the USSR and its military is integrated into the Soviet Armed Forces, bringing the personnel count to 18.5 million.
Industry:
Manufacturing military equipment for active troops is mainly done, work is beginning on the lesser reserve equipment. More factories ordered to work for civilians again, making life better.
More housing is made in the Far East to encourage more settlement of that remote area.
Education:
Six new military academies are now open (two in Russian SSR, one in Ukrainian SSR, one in Latvian SSR, one in Mongolian SSR, one in Bulgarian SSR, and one in Moldovan SSR.)
Border:
The KGB border guard maintains a presence on the German SSR-West German border. It told the German government that it will not be living, as it is the border guards' job to defend the Soviet border. |

We call USSR "A War-monger", they know we won't attack the East German border and we know that USSR will have plans to invade Western Germany.
We are selling our Uranium to England, France and the US.
[Era of the economy race]
In this Era I want all countries to stop having wars and trade until one rules supreme or until the rest of the countries agree that one other country is supreme or falls. [Realisticly]
After we hear about this 'Economy race' we get up and start selling ALL our natural resources which are:
coal, lignite, natural gas, iron ore, copper, nickel, uranium, potash, salt, construction materials, timber, arable land

Soviet China
Homefront: Men and Woman hear the news and salute the Proud Soviets walking outside of the city.
Diplomacy: We tell the USSR that we need a North American Communist country, and that we need to support Castro and his Rebels. (It's a little too early for Castro to have a Communist Belief but... whatever.)
Harbin: 30,000 men are sent to Harbin from their guard positions in Soviet China. Harbin is a big city and is needed.
War: Men continue their march onwards to Beijing.

Government:
The Central Committee needs China's request and is now backing Communist Cuba.
We tell West Germany again that we are not at war but defending our borders.
Diplomacy:
Financial aid is being given to Communist Cubans. The newly formed Soviet Vietnam is also being backed by the USSR. Meanwhile, in Africa, a communist government was set up known as the People's Republic of the Congo (PRC).
Economy:
Natural resources are sold to Communist China and other countries. A lot of weapons and military hardware is being sold to other countries as well.
Military:
Troops are transferred to German, Yugoslavian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Moldovan, and Polish SSRs to defend from possible West German invasion. Troops are also sent to Congo to help the Congolese Army quell anti-Communist resistance in eastern PRC.
Education:
Quality of training has improved. Eight universities offering civilian classes have begun construction. |

We assure USSR there will be no war, but if they step any further into our border, war may arise.
We now request trading rights from Soviet China.
More people are joining police forces.
We begin constructing of 17 primary schools, 20 secondary schools and 5 universities, they work requested by arising school boards.
Due to the growing of more schools, we make an official school inspector company called "Adler Schools".

Central Committee warns if unauthorized Western German aircraft fly over German SSR then they will be considered as hostiles and shot down.
Military:
Giving more advanced training to troops. Advisors and KGB agents sent down to Congo in Africa to train their military, the FARDC.
Economy:
Trade continues with China and other nations. USSR, having the most natural resources in the world due to its size, has gotten even more with Congo, as it has immense amounts of minerals like coltan. Congo trades on behalf of the USSR to countries in the Southern Hemisphere.
