it did not fix my 0x1 problem |
|
|
No problem
Thrust, scan with antivirus for any malware, just to be sure, before send a mail to us at info@roblox stating your error. Or, you could write a note, attatch it to a brick, and hurl it through our window at our HQ at San Mateo, CA.
Cheers,
~Micro

I have a full scan set to 6AM everyday, viruses are very unlikely to cause the problem |
|

Yes, but to be double sure.

Do you know how to fix the mouse lag I get? Topic I made for more info:

Mouse lag might be fixed by replacing batteries (In wireless) or unplugging the mouse and re-plugging again, then restarting PC. Or turn in-game graphics all the way down to '1' via Menu.
*Site will go into maintenance in about 15 minutes time I think, cross our fingers that the errors will be patched! :)*

ROBLOX Updates- 6/28/2013
----------------------------------------
Patch to fix lag and loading issues
----------------------------------------
Power outage during updating has caused the update to become corrupted, files have been duplicated due to this. If you fail to load (Endless update/load cycle) then go into Task Manager and close all robloxplayer.exe tasks via processes. This is the result of the hiccup from the outage. Then reinstall ROBLOX, should be able to run. Do this everytime you fail to load, until the patch arrives (Estimated time of update/patch: 9 Hours 25 minutes). If this still doesn't get you loaded, contact info@roblox.

ROBLOX Update 6/28/2013
--------------------------------------
To fix in-game errors and loading cycles
--------------------------------------
HQ encountered technical errors and had to shutdown the site (Power outage) to save vital files. However, during this period, the loading files and exe's were duplicated and corrupted, thus explaining the dozens of 'Robloxplayer.exe' processes.
(robloxplayer.exe is the file that loads you into the server. If you fail to load, it will try refreshing and duplicating itself. However, in this case, since the files were corrupted, it was trapped in a endless loop of dulpication.)
(You can see the robloxplayer.exe files via Task Manager > Processes)
---------------------------------------
Try to reinstall ROBLOX. It worked in a way, by deleting the processes and replacing with fresh ones. However, this will only work one game at a time.
----------------------------------------
Another update is on its way to patch this, in about 9 hours time +/-.
If you want further information, contact info@roblox, or write a letter, attach it to a brick, and hurl it though their window at:
Roblox HQ,
Redwood City,
San Mateo, CA, United States
Cheers,
~Micro
