i have two problems. one is a friend of mine, the other is my problem with me every time i go on a game it loads fine, loads the world and then gets stuck on "waiting for character" and doesn't let me play the actual game my friends problem (he left roblox after it) was every time he opened a game his computer would blue screen, sometimes removing java in the process and after the third time he played it his operating system broke, his computer was full of antivirus software yet his computer was damaged beyond repair. i'm guessing you wouldn't have had this before though

Okay, so this problem has been going on for about 3 months now because I have been trying to fix it, but I couldn't fix it. So what happens is, Wen I press "PLAY" Everything is okay. Then when it will say " Loading, Generating..., etc" But then the game never loads. I have tried like everything.. I have tried un-installing it. Deleting history, cookies, etc. Deleting everything about or similar/related to Roblox, and still nothing. So now I don't or should I say "can't" play Roblox anymore. A lot of people who came to my house tried to fix the problem but it was just no use. It was basically a waste of their time and mine. I wish that this could be fixed, but sadly nothing is working.... :( D;

Recently I have been having trouble playing the games in roblox. At first it wouldn't let me play in them and it says "Waiting on Character" however that issue is resolved but whenever I play in game, the little toolbar at the bottom will not pop up! I pressed the ~ sign and my stuff is all there but the "1 2 3 4 etc." for the tools isn't there. Is there anyway to fix that or at least send it to tech support so it can be resolved?! D:

My internet is very fast on everything but roblox. xD. Why this problem is a thing idk? But im considering just quitting roblox because of the issue. my internet is better then normal, yet after ither 5 min if gameplay or 30 i lose connection. no matter what i do, and its starting to piss me off xD... HELP ME!!! Roblox keeps crashing! It gives the "roblox needs to quit. We're sorry!" message. It happens frequently. Its not my pc or internet both are fast and fine. I use a bridge to connect to the router which connects to a cable modem. I have no issues on other sites. Whats wrong? I also have no viruses.

Sup there, im agustin, im having some troubles with roblox, some months ago I played ROBLOX, sometimes it had errors, I just had to reinstall it and the problems solves, one day i had the same error, as I did every day y reinstalled it, but it keep showing me the error, I tryed again but nothing. Now im desesperated, I can't play ROBLOX, I cant build or anything, I'm really sad, I don't know if this INFO can help, but i think its important, when i try to run a game this pops up: "Roblox has encountered a problem and needs to close." It says it every day, also I have a laptop Dell Vostro 1500 and I have Windows XP, I live in South America and I played everyday. Please don't tell me to reinstall ROBLOX or reseting or do something with my computer, because i tryed to reinstall and nothing happened, and my dad has important INFO in the computer and I can't reset it.
