Idea to handle spam/scam on roblox. ( read moderators/all )

I been playing roblox since 2010 My old accounts are devenking119,devenking1199,And Thatkid119. Roblox has went far with so much over these couple years. Been good updates and bad updates. Roblox Added where you can only post once a hour on comments. This is not right for us that doesn't spam or scam. Punishing everyone for what others do is not right. Remove the 60 minute commenting time. Spamming won't go away just because Roblox makes it where you can only post a comment once an hour. Robloxians will just go to different games and spam remember how many "games/hats/shirts/gear/morphs/decals/models" there is. The plan Roblox is currently using is not helping and it won't. I have a solution for this problem. My solution for this problem is a simple one. If you get reported and caught spamming 5 times on any comments you will lose your right to post comments for one day as a warning. The second time you will lose your privileges for 4 days. The third time you lose it for 8 days. Than the 4th time you lose your commenting privileges for 16 days. The 5th time you lose your privileges for good. This would stop spamming and scamming on all comments. It would be hard to do, But sometimes when it gets hard it requires hard work. A famous person once said: " When it gets hard, Work Harder ". This idea would work and would be fair. Roblox I hope you read this carefully and thoroughly and think about this fair idea. This idea would let those that don't spam or scam keep posting more. Hope Roblox considers this. If you support this idea then please post that. If you don't support. I would like to know why. I love to hear the Replies so please post.

what about a flag for spam button above the report button? about 9/10 reportable comments are spam, and many people are just too lazy to click the report button and give a reason and such
