How about we also make it that anyone who is ignorant and won't give multiple reasons can be banned too? (I don't really think this)

It's not IF the point is counterable that makes it invalid, it's merely if it's an actual problem.
Only use "the rule" if you can deal with it.
And mana, let's go back to that rule many regular S&Iers adopt;
"If you don't agree with an idea, state why or it counts as a support/it is invalid."
The purpose of the rule is to raise the strength and greatness of an idea. We can't improve it without the negatives.
The reason we don't persue the critisisms of support is pretty simple;
A lot of support generally means that the idea can't be improved too much, if not at all. A support is positive, and the positives rarely grant enough contribution worthy of being persued.
Sassle, just because [Person here] isn't agreeing with your idea, doesn't mean you have to flame them endlessly. That's not the point of S&I or the rule.
And mana, let's just drop it, even though you apparantly have. Sassle's thread is sassle's thread. If he's going to drive away potential beneficial critisism, his loss.
