I have come up with a system that would promote game quality. Many people think that the new Paid Access system is unfair to free Roblox users because it forces them to buy BC and Robux with real money. This system would solve that problem. A majority of players play games that are on the front page. Front page games get there because of how many players are online at that time. With the new like/dislike system, my system combines popularity with quality. Basically, the amount of players online would be multiplied by the percentage of likes out of the total votes to equal a certain amount of points. Instead of having the games with the most people online being listed first, the games with the most amount of points would be listed first instead.
If you want to see how this system would be used, here's an example:
There are two games, one with 1000 players online, and another with 600 players online. The 1000 player game has only 50% likes, while the 600 player game has 90% likes. 1000 x 50 = 50,000, so the 1000 player game would receive 50,000 points. 600 x 90 = 54,000, so the 600 player game would receive 54,000 points. Normally, the 1000 player game would be listed first, but because the 600 player game had more points, it instead would be listed first. This shows how my Points System would promote game quality by combining popularity and likes/dislikes. |

I think that's kind of a ridiculous question. If people liked it, then the system would would work in their favor. Any game that's both popular and liked would go on the front page. |
