It helped me. What kind of computer/laptop do you have? Mine is a Windows 8 Laptop. I could not log in for a whole 5+ months. I could not build at all or do anything that I enjoyed. Did you try it?

@Ember that's sure weird. When I did what the video told me to it let me build again. I'll try to think of why it's not letting you build and I'll post back on this when I find out.

Lyotaku has found a solution to the problem, I hope it might work for you guys. "Just found out how to fix it. Go into the Start button search bar thing, search "proxy" then click "Configure Proxy Server" then click "LAN Settings" then click "Automatically Detect Settings" if it isn't already selected, and DE-SELECT "Use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections)." Select OK on the bottom once your done. I always have to re-do these steps before I launch studio."

I get it.....After you do what that solution that was posted a lot says to do, you have to uncopylock the place, edit, do whatever you want, then you have to publish it, not save it, publish it to override the place you are working on. Then copy lock it.
