I have an idea! Have you ever though about HOW you got there? Well, the creator should put a crashed plane or boat on the main island! Then, it's like you're all survivors of the crash!
Also, I have two more items you could put in:
1. A bed-Makes your health full and your hunger and thirst go down-Made from Small Tree Trunk + Leaves.
2. A large hut-Protects you from rain, it's basicly your shelter!-Made from Large Tree Trunk + Rock.

My ideas:
1. Small hut-Protects u but smaller then large! Small Tree Trunk + Small tree trunk + rock + Leaves
2. Stone hut: Rock + Rock + Rock + Rock + Leaves, its a big size hut like teh big hut and made of stone!
3. Pick-you can add a mine island where u can mine stuff! Rock + Rock + Rock + Small tree item..
4. Bronze Blade, comes out of Mine Island- Bronze + Bronze + Rock
5. Silver Blade, Silver is very rare! - Comes out of mine island, Silver + Silver + Bronze + Rock
6. Mining Island, an island where u have to make a pick to mine stuff there, it has Silver and Bronze and gold, gold is real rare
7. Gold Sword-VERY rare, Gold + Gold + Rock + Silver + Bronze
any good ideas here? |

But, none of them should be implemented just yet.
The whole "survivor" thing is old because of how many times it's been used.
The 5 different Items idea is bad. Let's stick to 2.
The hut, pot, and bed ideas are great though.
But Let's let him debug things for a bit. I miss my knife! My trusty knife! |

I tried to make a bucket. Either it requires a rock, or it doesn't exist! I tried all possibilities with Trunks and Leaves, including brush, small and large trunks, normal and large leaves.
Suggestions
--1) Recipes & Items
----1A) RECIPES WITH WATER- You can press Q or E on some water, and if joined with an object, it will create an item. When implementable, you will need to have a bucket first to acquire them. If this idea is taken up, I suggest making "herbal medicine"- A drink that gives 5 to thirst and 5 to health. Numbers are interchangeable.
----1B) CREATING PACK ITEMS- Essentially, combining two items, then getting ONE DIFFERENT item in return. There would have to be a message informing.
--------1Ba) FOOD RECIPES- When you make more food sources, you should allow foods to be mixed. One apple and one Raw Fish results in some kind of stew added to your pack to be cooked over a fire. When implementable, a bucket should be required for stews.
--------1Bb) TWINE- Basically, you could make snares with some leaves, or a bow with a small trunk.
----1C) MOAR MEET- Basically, more variety as to meat. Not everyone likes fish, and there is even more than one kind of fish, too. If you make game, then you could make it so that any kind of weapon would suffice to kill the target animal.
--2) Tools & Tool Additions
----2A) BOW- Should be VERY low damage compared to other weapons. Either that, or it should require some source of ammo.
----2B) ROPELADDER- It would attach to the edges of those mountainous rocks, to allow people to get up, rather than to make stairs out of leaves, which would never work in real life.
----2C) BED- Like everyone else is asking. 20 Health for 20 thirst, 20 hunger.
--3) Other
----3A) RARER CLEAN WATER or WATER CLEANLINESS- The water on top of the mountain should be clean, while less water below it should be dirty. That would make it difficult to survive. If that does not go through, then why not make water cleanliness variable? You wouldn't want to drink opaque brown water, but you would want to drink transparent blue water.
----3B) WATER ON THE ISLANDS- It's too hard to survive on those islands without water! Some of us want to settle them too.
----3C) MORE DIFFICULT FISHING- Take out 1/4 of the time you see "BITE!" and I'm completely satisfied with it.
----3D) RAIN RESIZE- It's too easy to survive the current rain without shelter. It would be better if the rain were resized to 2x2, 3x3, or 4x4. |

you should fix this place up, has a few glitches. but i have an idea how bout you put crates on hte shere that appear every now and then and ave rare supplys like bottled water or pots and pans or whatever |
