1. that's not what manslaughter is. manslaughter is an unjustified killing without intentions of malice. ex: killing a person while shooting your gun off in public
2. you might want to kill the person who is attacking you and bashing your head against a sidewalk.

many people carry a gun for many different reasons. not all people who have guns are murderers waiting for an opprotunity.

We have neighborhood watchmen and they defientley don't carry guns even though they own guns. Neighborhood watchme are supposed to call the police if they feel a crime is going to happen if they see someone suspicious. Not take the law into their own hands. |
