Personally I think these should be the criteria if a new moderator was ever to be chosen;
1. Impartial (Don't take sides in a flame war, etc)
2. Active (10 hours a day active)
3. Literate (HAI2U versus Good morning, how are you doing today?)
4. Patient (Rather than simple banning someone, tell them what they did wrong, and how they can avoid doing it in the future)
5. Consistent (Keep punishments relateively consistent for similar offences between different members) |

You don't need to post, however chances are you will sometimes post. And if a moderator were to go around posting things such as this;
"HAI GUYS"
or
"ROBLOX BE DA BEST GAME EVA"
It would ruin your opinion of the company behind the game. They would lose their professional image. The same would happen if a moderator were to ban one of two players, when they both did the same thing. Everyone would consider the company biast, or even racist if the banned player deemed so.

you dont need an image, you see a thred whith something bad in it, you delete it, how people think of you is of no consiquense |

It's not the moderator's image I'm worried about, it is "Roblox Corp's" image. In order to prevent this, you have to make sure you are fair, and give equal prunishments for similar crimes.
If person "A" rapidly spams swear words, and you ban him/her, yet you don't ban person "B" who is doing the same thing, Roblox will have its reputation at stake. |

Ah okay, I didn't realize that Moderators can't ban players. I was worried that any old player would gain the trust of the admins, become a moderator, and go on a banning spree. |
