Back Story: Toby's story begins when he crash lands straight into Tails' apartment on the top floor of a building. Toby wakes up in Tails' house with no memories at all. Tails thinks that using his machine will reveal some of Toby's memories. The only thing it reveals before it's destroyed is Toby's name : Toby Mond. Tails gets Toby a job at Egg Mech's (Eggman's Repair Shop), and they work together, living out their daily lives. Soon Shadow shows up and tells them that he may have found the 'Diamond of Chaos' one of the Jewels of Chaos. They head there and spread out to search for it. Toby somehow activates a secret door and finds the Diamond..... well only part of it. Toby picks up the diamond and a diamond shaped mark on Toby's head begins to glow. The diamond then floats from Toby's grasp and slams into Toby's head, fusing with him. Toby then is given the powers of the Diamond, and uses them to help the others find the rest of the jewels. |
