There is already a refund system in place for Paid Access games. Paid Access games are subject to evaluation. All funds from Paid access sales do not go straight into the user's account, but are placed in escrow for a time. If at any time the place goes under evaluation (Due to being reported heavily, highly disliked, etc.) future purchases are blocked and the funds in escrow are frozen. The place is evaluated, and if found to be a scam of some sort the funds in escrow are kicked back the the purchasers. If found not to be a scam the escrow account is unfrozen and funds flow as normal. |

Horrible idea, no support. Say, if you bought VIP to a place, you could just buy it and use features in the place, then next time you play, buy and get a refund. Also, you are just taking other people's money away and abusing it. What if they already spent the money? This would be horribly abused. |

You don''t have to say it's a horrible idea because you sell something for 999 robux and you lose your money because they didn't like YOUR product.

What if they spent the money already?
Let me try to explain my way.
If you get a refund, is takes their amount of robux/tix back to before they made the sale, while you get a portion if not all of your money back. if they spent the money, and still have some that's close to the original amount, it just takes it back to the original amount, while you get the full percentage of your money. |

Here's a better system, You must get a refund within one day, the scammer doesn't get their money until the day after the purchase, so then you won't have to worry about them having spent that money. Also, to prevent people from buying and refunding a vip over and over they simply wont be allowed to get a refund the second time they buy an item. How does that sound? |

ROBLOX will never be able to fix scams.
The return system for user created items would be very stupid.
Think about it, say someone scammed you, then they immediately purchase an item with all their money, after which you realize you were scammed and you try to refund the money. You wouldn't get the 500 R$ you were scammed, because the user has no money.
Plus, what if you are making a deal for a group, you buy his shirt, he gives you the group, then you refund and get your money back.
