How do I make Models?

Since whenever people are at my places and I'm there they say, "hey u used free models u free model n00b!!!!!!!11" Then they never leave and keep insulting me. I've tried asking IronInforcer, flamedud321, and other people but I yet to have answers. So can someone tell me how to make models?

Just group the bricks together (CTRL-G) and it's a model. To save it, right-click it, choose "Publish to Roblox", and choose "New Model". Put a title and description, and choose if you want it to be public or not, and then it's saved.
